Job Overview:

Telecaller Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers, explain product features, offers, and dealership services.
  • Handle inbound inquiries regarding vehicle models, pricing, finance schemes, and promotions.
  • Schedule appointments for showroom visits, test drives, and service bookings.
  • Maintain a database of leads, follow up regularly, and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
  • Assist the sales team by generating qualified leads and updating CRM records.
  • Resolve customer queries courteously and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Provide updates to customers on new launches, promotions, and dealership events.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and conversion goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate/Undergraduate in any discipline (preferred: Business/Commerce/Marketing).
  • 0-2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (automobile industry experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills in [local language, Hindi, and English].
  • Basic knowledge of cars, automotive financing, and dealership operations.
  • Good computer skills (MS Office)
  • Customer-oriented, polite, and target-driven.
