Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller Executive to join our dealership team. The role involves engaging with potential and existing customers over the phone, promoting our vehicles and services, scheduling showroom visits/test drives, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the buying journey. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers, explain product features, offers, and dealership services. Handle inbound inquiries regarding vehicle models, pricing, finance schemes, and promotions. Schedule appointments for showroom visits, test drives, and service bookings. Maintain a database of leads, follow up regularly, and convert inquiries into sales opportunities. Assist the sales team by generating qualified leads and updating CRM records. Resolve customer queries courteously and escalate issues when necessary. Provide updates to customers on new launches, promotions, and dealership events. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and conversion goals. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate/Undergraduate in any discipline (preferred: Business/Commerce/Marketing). 0-2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (automobile industry experience is a plus). Strong communication and persuasion skills in [local language, Hindi, and English]. Basic knowledge of cars, automotive financing, and dealership operations. Good computer skills (MS Office) Customer-oriented, polite, and target-driven.
