Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Make regular telecalls to collect daily attendance and various facility-related reports from sites.
  • Record, compile, and maintain attendance data and other reports with accuracy.
  • Coordinate with site staff and supervisors to ensure timely reporting and escalation of issues, if required.
  • Maintain helpdesk support functions by responding to client/site queries and forwarding requests to the concerned team.
  • Prepare, organize, and share reports using MS Excel, MS Word, and PDF formats.
  • Ensure proper documentation and data accuracy with attention to detail.
  • Support the operations team with report follow-ups, scheduling, and communication.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong telecalling and soft communication skills (polite, professional, and clear).
  • Fast and accurate typing skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PDF tools.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy under deadlines.
  • Good coordination and follow-up abilities.
  • Basic problem-solving and multitasking skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
