Telecaller – Customer Engagement & Cold Calling
Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our team. The role involves cold calling, following up with potential customers, and tracking end-users who have already used our product. You will also be responsible for collecting feedback, preparing proper reports, and maintaining a cold calling/appointment booking report.
