Job Title: Telecaller Company: Lakhani Builders Pvt Ltd Location: Vashi Employment Type: Full-time Job Description: Lakhani Builders Real Estate is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, handling inbound and outbound calls, providing information on real estate properties, and assisting with inquiries related to our services. Your primary objective will be to generate leads, promote real estate opportunities, and contribute to the company's growth by building strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Inbound/Outbound Calls: Handle inbound and make outbound calls to potential clients, offering information about available properties, current listings, and upcoming projects. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through phone conversations, creating interest in Lakhani Builders’ real estate offerings. Customer Support: Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing their queries regarding property features, prices, financing options, and other related concerns. Database Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, updating CRM systems regularly with contact details, call outcomes, and follow-up schedules. Follow-Up Calls: Conduct follow-up calls with prospective clients who have shown interest in properties, sending them relevant information and setting up appointments for site visits. Sales & Conversion: Work closely with the sales team to convert inquiries into actual property purchases or site visits. Knowledge Building: Stay informed on the company’s real estate listings, market trends, pricing, and competitors to offer the most up-to-date information to clients. Reporting: Report daily/weekly/monthly call logs and sales results to the team lead/manager. Requirements: Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or a customer service role, preferably in the real estate sector. Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication and active listening skills with the ability to clearly convey information to clients. Sales Skills: Ability to sell and upsell real estate offerings through persuasive communication techniques. Customer-Focused: A proactive approach to customer satisfaction, with a friendly and professional phone demeanor. Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.), and ability to learn new tools quickly. Multitasking Ability: Ability to handle multiple calls and inquiries simultaneously while ensuring the quality of service. Education: Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent; further education in Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Real Estate: Familiarity with real estate terminologies, property types, and market trends. Fluency in Multiple Languages: Proficiency in regional languages would be an added advantage. Sales Target Experience: Previous experience working with sales targets and achieving set KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). Working Conditions: Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Saturday (with Sunday off or as per company policy). Compensation: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
