Fitoverse Pvt Ltd designs, builds, and manages high-performance sports infrastructure and management solutions across South India. The Senior Accountant will own the finance function, ensuring transparent accounting, forecasting, and reporting for the company’s multi-project operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and leads to promote our services.
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally and convert them into appointments or leads.
- Explain company services clearly, especially related to sports infrastructure.
- Maintain and update customer database with accurate information.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication with prospects.
- Coordinate with sales and project teams for smooth lead conversion.
- Handle client queries, concerns, and redirect to the appropriate departments if needed.
- Meet daily/weekly call and lead targets.
Skill Required:
- Excellent verbal communication in Tamil and English- Good listening and interpersonal skills- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools- Confidence and persuasive speaking ability- Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated- Time management and multitasking skills- Basic understanding of sales and customer service- Prior telecalling or customer support experience.
