Senior Accountant – Fitoverse Location : Salem, Tamil Nadu Experience : 2–4 years in accounting / finance (Private Limited Company experience required) Qualification : B.Com / M.Com / CA (Inter) Fitoverse Pvt Ltd designs, builds, and manages high-performance sports infrastructure and management solutions across South India. The Senior Accountant will own the finance function, ensuring transparent accounting, forecasting, and reporting for the company’s multi-project operations. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain complete books of accounts and reconcile vendor/client balances. - Prepare and present monthly P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and Forecast Reports. - Manage budgeting and financial forecasting for each department and project. - Oversee GST, TDS, Income-Tax filings, and ROC compliance with auditors. - Track and approve vendor bills and project payments based on company SOPs. - Create financial dashboards and KPIs to assist management in decision-making. - Analyse cost variances across projects and suggest process improvements. Skills Required: - Strong understanding of financial metrics for Private Limited companies. - Hands-on experience with Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks. - Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. - High accuracy, discipline, and ownership in reporting. - Excellent communication & coordination with auditors and management.
