Site Engineer.
Location: Salem, Tamil Nadu
Experience: 1–2 years minimum (in civil or sports infra projects)
Qualification: Diploma / B.E Civil Engineering
The Site Engineer will be responsible for executing and managing all on-site works,
ensuring timely delivery and adherence to Fitoverse quality standards. The role requires excellent project coordination skills and fluency in Hindi and Tamil.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise civil, flooring, and structural activities on site.- Implement project plans as per approved drawings and designs.- Coordinate with vendors, labour, and project manager to maintain timelines.- Track materials usage and submit daily progress and photo updates.- Ensure site safety, quality checks, and adherence to company SOPs.- Communicate with clients on project progress professionally.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D) and survey tools.- Strong knowledge of project management principles.- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and Tamil (English preferred).- Problem-solving and team leadership ability.- Prior experience in sports infra/construction preferred.
