Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Site Engineer to oversee residential construction projects in Ernakulam. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in site supervision and strong knowledge of construction practices.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.
Coordinate with contractors, workers, and suppliers to ensure timely execution.
Monitor work quality and ensure adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
Prepare daily site reports, measurements, and progress updates.
Assist in material planning, verification, and inventory management.
Ensure site safety and compliance with company and statutory guidelines.
Liaise with the project manager and provide timely updates.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in residential construction.
Two-wheeler is mandatory for site travel.
Diploma/B.Tech/ITI in Civil Engineering preferred.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle on-site challenges and work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
