Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Site Supervision & Execution

Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure work is executed according to plans and specifications.
Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams.

2. Quality Assurance & Control

Ensure all construction activities meet quality standards and comply with engineering norms.
Conduct inspections, material testing, and approve workmanship.
Identify and rectify any technical issues on site.

3. Technical Documentation

Review construction drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
Prepare daily progress reports, site logs, and documentation.
Assist in preparing method statements, RFIs, and as-built drawings.

4. Safety & Compliance

Enforce site safety guidelines and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Conduct toolbox talks and ensure safe work practices.
Identify potential hazards and implement preventive measures.

5. Coordination & Communication

Liaise with the project manager, consultants, architects, and planning team.
Coordinate material procurement and ensure timely delivery.
Attend progress meetings and provide technical inputs.
