Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Site Engineer to support and oversee day-to-day construction activities. The ideal candidate will ensure that work on-site progresses smoothly, meets quality standards, and aligns with project schedules and safety norms.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily on-site construction activities.
• Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, and suppliers to ensure timely execution of tasks.
• Interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications for on-ground implementation.
• Assist in preparing work schedules, progress reports, and material requirement lists.
• Maintain quality control by ensuring all work complies with engineering standards and project guidelines.
• Oversee site safety practices and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Resolve technical issues at the site in coordination with senior engineers and management.
• Conduct site inspections, measurements, and ensure documentation of work completed.
• Communicate project progress regularly to project managers and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in construction site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and engineering standards.
• Good understanding of site safety and compliance procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication and team coordination abilities.
