Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations and ensure smooth execution of construction work. The ideal candidate will monitor manpower, maintain discipline and safety on-site, and support engineers in meeting project deadlines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day construction site activities.
• Coordinate with contractors, workers, and suppliers to ensure timely progress.
• Monitor manpower deployment and maintain labor records.
• Ensure that all construction work follows project drawings, specifications, and quality guidelines.
• Inspect ongoing work and ensure proper use of materials and tools.
• Enforce safety rules and ensure a hazard-free working environment.
• Assist in resolving on-site issues and communicate updates to senior engineers.
• Verify measurements, maintain daily site reports, and document progress.
• Ensure site cleanliness, discipline, and smooth workflow throughout the day.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in construction.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
• Ability to read basic engineering drawings (preferred).
• Good leadership skills with the ability to manage labor teams efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle on-site challenges.
• Good communication and reporting abilities.
