Site Supervisor (Civil)

As a Site Supervisor (Civil), your role involves supervising all works at the construction site including concreting, shuttering, reinforcement, brickwork, and more. Your responsibilities include: - Site Execution & Supervision: - Supervise site activities such as civil, structural, and finishing works. - Ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and standards. - Monitor labor productivity and subcontractors" performance. - Conduct daily site inspections. - Quality Control: - Verify the quality of materials and workmanship. - Inspect shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, plastering, and finishing stages. - Report any deviations to the Site Engineer or Project Manager. - Planning & Coordination: - Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and laborers. - Maintain daily work schedules to ensure timely progress. - Check material availability and request procurement as necessary. - Documentation & Reporting: - Keep a daily site report (DSR) detailing manpower, work progress, and materials. - Record material consumption and wastage. - Assist in preparing site measurement sheets. - Safety Compliance: - Ensure workers adhere to safety rules and wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). - Identify hazards and implement corrective measures. - Conduct toolbox talks for basic safety briefings. - Other Responsibilities: - Address minor site issues and escalate major concerns. - Maintain site cleanliness and housekeeping standards. - Support engineers in making site-level decisions. Additionally, the company offers Provident Fund as a benefit. You are required to have a Higher Secondary (12th Pass) education and at least 5 years of total work experience. The job is full-time with shift availability including Day Shift, Night Shift, and Overnight Shift. There is a 25% willingness to travel requirement.
