Job Description

Education: Minimum 12th Pass
Experience: 6+ years of supervision experience in Real Estate / Construction
Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings and quality standards.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and labour to maintain a smooth workflow at the site.
Monitor material usage, prevent wastage, and maintain daily site records.
Ensure safety measures and compliance are followed at the construction site.
Assist in the measurement of work, prepare daily progress reports, and update seniors.
Check workmanship, maintain site cleanliness, and report any issues or delays.
Support in managing labour attendance, deployment, and discipline.

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of basic civil works in real estate/township projects.
Ability to read basic drawings and handle site-level coordination.
Good communication and leadership skills for managing labour teams.
Should be disciplined, punctual, and able to handle on-ground challenges.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
