Key Responsibilities: · Deliver engaging and well-structured sessions on Data Structures and Algorithms using Java and/or C++. · Create and maintain high-quality content, coding problems, and practice assignments. · Provide personalized guidance and feedback to students to help them improve their coding and problem-solving skills. · Conduct assessments, mock interviews, and code reviews. · Stay updated with the latest trends in tech and incorporate best practices in training. · Support curriculum enhancement based on student feedback and industry relevance. Requirements: Solid understanding of core concepts in Data Structures and Algorithms . Proficiency in Java and/or C++ programming. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and understandable manner. Prior experience (internships, training sessions, or job roles) in mentoring or teaching is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Participation in coding competitions or online platforms like LeetCode, Codeforces, HackerRank, etc. Exposure to problem-solving patterns and coding interview preparation.
