Job Title: Telecaller Executive – EdTech (Corporate Relations)

Experience Required: Minimum 1.5 Years

Location: Rohini, Delhi

Employment Type: Full-Time / Contractual

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Telecaller Executive with experience in EdTech or corporate relationship management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to HR heads, L&D managers, and corporate decision-makers to promote our learning and training programs.

This role requires strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and a passion for helping organisations upskill their workforce through innovative education solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to corporate clients, HR professionals, and decision-makers to introduce Winnovation’s EdTech programs and partnerships.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads for corporate training, learning, and upskilling programs.
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups to nurture leads and schedule meetings for the Corporate Relations or Business Development team.
  • Understand client needs and share relevant program details, proposals, and value propositions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimise lead generation and conversion strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and lead stages in the CRM.
  • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets for outreach, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Ensure professional communication standards and brand representation at all times.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Minimum 1.5 years of experience in telecalling / telesales / inside sales, preferably in the EdTech, Training, or Corporate Learning sector.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills (English and Hindi proficiency required).
  • Understanding of corporate learning, HR upskilling needs, or B2B education outreach is a plus.
  • Strong organisational skills with a focus on follow-ups and closures.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or equivalent).
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Preferred: Marketing, Business Administration, or Communication).
  • Proven track record in corporate telecalling or EdTech outreach.
