Key Responsibilities Attend all inbound calls promptly and professionally. Understand customer needs and collect required information. Filter and qualify leads based on relevance, budget, interest level, and product fit. Assign qualified leads to the appropriate sales executive using CRM or internal workflow. Maintain accurate lead logs, call notes, and follow-up details. Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead handover. Follow predefined scripts and qualification checklists.
