Job Title: Telecaller – Sales Data Coordination Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Telecaller to connect with Sales Representatives regularly to collect and compile market-related and internal data. This role requires strong communication skills, basic data recording abilities, and a keen sense of follow-up. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to Sales Representatives to gather information on market trends, stock status, competitor activities, and sales performance. Collect internal data as per predefined formats and ensure accuracy. Follow up on pending inputs and ensure timely submission of data. Maintain daily call logs and update reports for internal tracking. Coordinate with the sales team and relevant departments to resolve data discrepancies. Requirements: Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and Bangla Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/Google Sheets). Prior experience in telecalling or data collection roles preferred. Ability to work independently and meet daily call targets.
