Job Description

Basic knowledge of IT sales and the ability to explain related services effectively.
Place phone calls to potential clients using a computerized directory system.
Perform the provided sales script with necessary adjustments to ensure program consistency.
Answer potential clients questions about home improvement projects or specific goals.
Generate between 5 to 15 sales leads daily through proactive communication.
Schedule appointments with prospective customers based on associates' availability.
Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of computer, telephone, and other equipment.
Train and mentor other telemarketers as required.
Report problems, concerns, or questions to supervisory staff promptly.
Refer customer complaints to the supervisor to ensure quality control.
Maintain respectful and polite communication with potential customers at all times.

Key Skills Required:

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic understanding of IT products or services.
Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
Proficient in using computerized systems for managing call logs and leads.
