Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential leads and prospects to promote company services.
Understand customer needs and explain the benefits of our offerings clearly and convincingly.
Generate and follow up on leads to schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM system
Collaborate with internal teams to support lead conversion and customer onboarding.
Achieve daily and monthly targets related to call volume and lead generation.
Handle basic customer queries and escalate complex issues to relevant departments.
NON-TARGET BASED PROFILE.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in
English.
Strong interpersonal skills and a confident telephone presence.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools, email communication).
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
