Interior Architect

Position:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Leadership:

  Assist the Creative Head in developing innovative design concepts and translating them into functional, aesthetically refined spaces.

• Project Management:

  Lead projects independently, handling design development, execution drawings, site supervision, and project timelines.

• Software Expertise:

  Create high-quality 2D drawings, 3D visualizations, and working drawings using tools like

  AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop

  , etc.

• Client Interaction:

  Present design concepts, conduct walkthroughs, and build strong relationships through effective communication and understanding of client needs.

• Site Coordination:

  Monitor project execution, coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants, and ensure adherence to design standards and timelines.

• Pitch & Presentation:

  Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and design proposals for internal reviews and external client meetings.

• Business Development Support:

  Participate in lead generation, pitch presentations, and client negotiations, helping the firm grow and acquire new projects.

• Team Collaboration:

  Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative, quality-driven studio environment.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in

  Interior Architecture / Interior Design / Architecture

  .
• Minimum

  5 years of relevant experience

  in high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality interiors etc.
• Strong command over design software:

  AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, InDesign, MS Office

  .
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently from concept to completion.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills with attention to detail.
• Commercial awareness and an entrepreneurial approach to design and business.
