Job Description

Tele caller - Roles and Responsibilities

Make outgoing calls to potential and existing customers to promote Astral Paint products.
Explain product features, benefits, and offers to customers clearly and persuasively.
Generate and qualify leads by contacting prospects via phone.
Follow up on inquiries and leads provided by the marketing or sales team.
Maintain consistent follow-up schedules to convert leads into customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing timely information and assistance.
Address customer queries and concerns related to product availability, pricing, and order status.
Record all customer interactions and details accurately in the CRM system.
Assist customers in placing orders over the phone.
Coordinate with the sales, logistics, and delivery teams to ensure timely delivery.
Keep customers informed about the status of their orders.
Collect customer feedback on products and services.
Report market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to the sales and marketing teams.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
Continuously strive to improve call conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures during calls.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Prepare and submit regular reports on call outcomes and performance metrics.
