1. Achieve targeted sales volumes within the assigned territory by implementing effective sales strategies.
2. Develop detailed monthly and quarterly sales plans for the territory, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
3. Facilitate timely payment collections in accordance with company policies.
4. Manage project sales pipelines directly or through contractors and dealers.
5. Recruit, train, and motivate contractors, as well as expand and manage the dealer network.
6. Organize product awareness events and promotional activities for dealers, contractors, and painters.
7. Coordinate with Depots/C&FAs to ensure order fulfillment and timely service delivery.
8. Provide regular MIS reports and monitor competitor activities.
