Urgent opening as Business Development Officer in Hubli

Role & responsibilities

Business Development Officer:

• He will work closely with the sales team to generate leads, increase brand awareness among painters, conducting sales promotional meets.
• Creation of painters/contractors database, meeting them & tracking the painters, end user engagements, product visibility to drive the sales growth.
• IHB site visits and lead conversion and increase the output from influencers.
• Product demonstration at IHB sites, end users/retail outlets.
• On boarding of painters/contractors on Loyalty club UNNATI
• Conducting meets, SGA, FMSI, FMLI, FMPI meet as per plan and tracking of the influencer post meets as per defined SOPs.
• Organizing the sales promotional awareness camps and Naka meets for painters

Purpose of Role:

• Responsible for brand awareness among the end user/influencers segment, overseeing the sales and market development and growth of retail/project segment within a specific cluster or region.

• Creation of painters database, meeting them & tracking the painters, end user engagements, product visibility to drive the sales growth.

• Responsible for driving the paint sales through end users and market influencers.

• Responsible for collecting and sharing market intelligence/competitors in their assigned territory.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 1+ years of experience
