Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective students, parents, and other stakeholders to provide information about admissions, courses, and programs offered by Amity University Hyderabad.
Assist in generating leads through effective communication with potential clients.
Provide sales support to the team by processing applications, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing) to develop strategies for outreach and recruitment efforts.
Maintain a high level of professionalism while handling sensitive customer interactions.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-6 years of experience in tele calling or inside sales role.
Strong communication skills with excellent verbal fluency in English language.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets and deadlines.
