Role Overview

The Tele Associate will be responsible for outbound customer calling, payment follow-ups, tele-marketing, and maintaining communication records. The role requires good communication skills, professionalism on calls, and the ability to handle customer queries while promoting company services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to customers/clients for payment follow-ups and reminders.
  • Conduct tele-marketing calls to promote company services and offers.
  • Maintain call logs, notes, expected payment dates, and conversation records.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to update payment status and follow-up schedules.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships through courteous communication.
  • Report daily follow-up status to the supervisor/manager.
  • Escalate critical or delayed cases when required.
  • Meet call targets, conversion goals, and response quality metrics.
  • Handle basic customer queries with clarity and politeness.
  • Suggest improvements to enhance customer experience and outreach efficiency.

Skills Required

  • Strong verbal communication in Malayalam, English, and Hindi (optional).
  • Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel/CRM entry).
  • Active listening and problem-solving ability.
  • Willingness to work in a follow-up-driven, results-oriented role.
  • Professional telephone etiquette is mandatory.

Experience

  • 0–2 years telecalling/telemarketing/customer communication experience preferred.
  • Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

Education

  • Any degree / Plus Two or above.
