You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to address issues, implement enhancements, and optimize designs to meet business requirements. This role offers the opportunity to work with a high-quality team to support clients and ensure the stability of global companies through best-in-class solutions, automation, and innovation. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide day-to-day Application Management support for Basware AP Applications across IT Service Management - Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement - Coordinate the resolution of complex technical issues and system outages, including root cause analysis and corrective action - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, assess business needs, and provide advice on Basware solutions and designs - Develop and maintain documentation including configuration, user guides, and test scripts - Mentor and train junior Basware functional and technical team members, sharing best practices and providing guidance on troubleshooting techniques - Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and Basware best practices to drive operational efficiency through automation and innovation - Participate in on-call rotation and provide off-hours support as needed to ensure the availability and reliability of critical Basware systems - Work on shift hours depending on client requirements (AUSTRALIA, ASIA, Europe, and AMERICAS hours) **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in a related technology field or comparable job experiences - 1-3 years of experience in Basware, preferably with global clients - Working experience with Oracle/SQL databases, Microsoft technologies, Microsoft operating systems, XML, Web Services - Knowledge of integration with SAP systems is a plus - Strong technical background in SQL, web servers, enterprise application support, networking, XML, HTML, or other technologies - Deep understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes and methodology - Ability to manage cross-functional and technical teams, drive functional and technical discussions with various stakeholders - Good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels - Client management, analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to make data-driven decisions - Responsible for providing support within the Basware domain expert module for incidents and change requests - Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional team environment **Additional Details:** EY is dedicated to helping clients from startups to Fortune 500 companies, offering inspiring and meaningful projects.
