Job Description Job Overview: The Technology Specialist applies their conceptual knowledge of Technology and with a moderate level of guidance and direction from colleagues and leadership, is responsible for solving a range of straightforward Technology problems. They will be responsible for analyzing possible solutions using standard procedures, as well as building knowledge of the company, processes, and customers. The Technology Specialist understands key business drivers and applies this knowledge to solve problems in straightforward situations through analysis of possible solutions using technical experience, judgment, and precedents Responsibilities Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Strong understanding of fundamentals of industry best practices in managing EDW and similar applications Should be able to understand business requirements and provide expert advice on for EPC projects Developing and maintaining successful relationships with stakeholders and should be able to convince and persuade. Work closely with multiple departments / units and demonstrate success in arriving at consensus. Provide solution Architecture review, integration design of EDM with other Systems Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news Qualifications Essential Qualifications and Education: 7 +Year of working experience in managing footprint of Fabrication and Construction applications like SPF/SPC , AVEVA platform or similar applications Strong understanding of fundamentals and advancements in Fabrication and Construction Information management Understanding of Technical Support and Administration activities Experience in stakeholders engagement. Excellent communication skills Proficiency in following administration activities is must SPF/SPC application Installation and setup SPF/SPC application backup restore SPF/SPC environment setup – Site creation, PBS creation, Security setup etc. Responsible for the requirement gathering from site personnel. Integration of Intergraph Smart Plant tools like SPPID, SPI, SPEL, and SP3D with SPF / SPC, AVEVA NET PBS 3 level hierarchy. Integration, Mapping of mandatory attributes for data exchange. SmartPlant Construction configuration. Construction Work Pkg creation Workflow design Understanding of integration requirement for integrating with SPF / SPC Understanding of other similar 3D applications like Bentley Understanding of programming language like VB .Net Understanding of DB concepts with SQL /PL SQL knowledge Understanding of SPF API programming concepts About Us Our ingenuity fuels daily life.
