Job Description

As a consultant in our team, you will play a crucial role in understanding and analyzing customer problems. You will be responsible for gathering data and leveraging knowledge from previous projects to assist your team members. Your expertise will be essential in reviewing and providing suggestions on articulating problem statements, defining problems, and documenting high-level solutions. Additionally, you will lead a team of consultants in comprehending current business processes, analyzing client requirements, and conducting fit-gap analysis and benchmarking studies. Your guidance will be instrumental in defining and developing solution alternatives, ensuring accurate estimates, and presenting recommended solutions to customers. Furthermore, you will collaborate with the Project Manager to plan configuration and development, resolve product issues, and obtain user sign-offs on key changes. Your role will also involve identifying Change Management requirements and proposing structured approaches to clients for managing change effectively. You will participate in training sessions for key and end users to enhance their understanding of new systems and processes. Additionally, you will lead knowledge transfer, issue resolution, project and financial management, and various strategic activities such as branding and talent management.
