Project Manager

Role Overview: As a Project Manager at Infosys in Pune, you will have the end-to-end bottom line responsibility for a project, from proposal to completion. Your key role will involve building the project team, scheduling assignments, monitoring project status, managing risks, and ensuring successful delivery and implementation. You will also be responsible for people and performance management within the project to ensure the highest levels of service offerings to clients. Key Responsibilities: - Participate/lead in proposal preparation and design the solution aligning with organizational imperatives - Prepare and review estimations, capture inputs from stakeholders, and liaise for required approvals - Facilitate requirement gathering interviews, workshops, and documentation reviews - Lead estimation activities, communicate with stakeholders for budget planning and resource allocation - Prepare a detailed project schedule, manage changes, and ensure on-time project delivery - Identify quality goals, comply with internal quality mandates, and create a comprehensive quality plan - Facilitate group review of project plan, close outstanding issues, and plan transition activities - Schedule, monitor, review, and control production support projects to meet SLAs - Allocate activities to the team, implement performance management, and mentor team members - Build customer relationships at the project level, provide regular reports, and manage expectations - Document team learnings, share knowledge, and provide inputs on technology needs and process innovation Qualification Required: - Engineering graduate with 10 years of experience OR ME/M.Tech/MS/MBA with 7 years of experience - Proven track record in successful project implementation of Life Insurance Policy Administration System (PAS) - Strong project management skills and experience in project management - Project management certifications would be an added plus - Conceptual knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) applications - Strong written and verbal skills, analytical ability, high learnability index, and good team player,
