Project Manager

As a Project Manager at Infosys, you will have end-to-end bottom line responsibility for a project, from proposal to completion. Your key responsibilities will include: - Participating in or leading proposal preparation, designing solutions, preparing estimations, and liaising for required approvals - Facilitating requirement gathering interviews, conducting workshops, reviewing documentation, and managing change management - Leading estimation activities, preparing detailed project schedules, managing changes, and ensuring on-time delivery - Identifying quality goals, planning for training, creating a Risk Management Plan, and conducting portfolio analysis - Scheduling, monitoring, reviewing, and controlling all project phases and compliance with project OEI parameters - Allocating activities to the right people, mentoring the team, implementing performance management, and building customer relationships - Documenting and sharing team learnings, providing inputs on technology needs, process innovation, and people engagement Qualifications required for this role: - Engineering graduate with 10 years of experience OR ME/M.Tech/MS/MBA with 7 years of experience - Proven track record of successful project implementation of Life Insurance Policy Administration System (PAS) - Strong project management skills, experience in project management preferred - Project management certifications would be an added plus - Conceptual knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) applications - Strong written and verbal skills, analytical ability, high learnability index, and a good team player This role at Infosys offers you the opportunity to take complete ownership of projects, manage project risks, ensure successful delivery, and build strong customer relationships.
