As a Team Lead at JL 4 level, you will be responsible for managing a team of 20+ associates in the US Residential Mortgage domain. Your key responsibilities will include: - Having 6 to 8 years of experience in managing large teams - Handling a team of 20+ full-time equivalent employees (FTES) - Being flexible to work in any shifts - Demonstrating strong communication skills for clear articulation - Holding expertise in US Residential mortgage domain including Origination, preclosing, post-closing, processing, underwriting, etc. - Managing large teams of approximately 20-30 FTE's - Being CRU (certified residential underwriter) certified in mortgage bankers association - Understanding US Mortgage Origination Guidelines, LOS systems, Automated Underwriting Systems (AUS), and custom underwriting software systems - Being familiar with FNMA and FHLMC guidelines - Working on various income skill sets such as wage, pension, SSA, disability benefit, self, and rental - Handling different product types of loans including FHA, VA, USDA, and conventional - Possessing operational knowledge of wholesale/Retail and Correspondent residential lending guidelines For the Manager role at JL 5 level, your responsibilities will include: - Having 10 years of experience in managing a team of 100+ associates in the US Residential Mortgage domain - Managing a team of 100+ FTES - Being adaptable to work in any shifts - Demonstrating effective communication skills - Possessing expertise in US Residential mortgage domain including Origination, preclosing, post-closing, processing, underwriting, etc. - Managing large teams of approximately 80-100 FTE's - Preferably having NMLS Certification - Understanding US Mortgage Origination Guidelines, LOS systems, Automated Underwriting Systems (AUS), and custom underwriting software systems - Being familiar with FNMA and FHLMC guidelines - Working on various income skill sets such as wage, pension, SSA, disability benefit, self, and rental - Handling different product types of loans including FHA, VA, USDA, and conventional - Having operational knowledge of wholesale/Retail and Correspondent residential lending guidelines Please note that all educational and employment documents are mandatory, and the mode of salary credit should be through bank transactions from all the employers.
