Job Description

Job Summary:

Technology Agnostic Application Support Professional

Key Responsibilities:

Provide
L2/L3 application support
for a variety of business-critical systems across multiple technologies and platforms.
Perform
incident, problem, and change management
in accordance with ITIL standards.
Analyze recurring issues and drive
root cause analysis (RCA)
and permanent resolutions.
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and database teams to resolve complex application issues.
Monitor
system performance, availability, and logs
using relevant monitoring tools.
Deploy application updates, configuration changes, and releases in coordination with DevOps and engineering teams.
Create and maintain
knowledge base articles, SOPs, and documentation
for supported applications.
Ensure
SLAs and KPIs
are met through proactive issue resolution and stakeholder communication.
Support
24x7 operations
through rotational shifts or on-call duty as needed.
