Job Summary:

Technology Agnostic Application Support Professional

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide

    L2/L3 application support

    for a variety of business-critical systems across multiple technologies and platforms.
  • Perform

    incident, problem, and change management

    in accordance with ITIL standards.
  • Analyze recurring issues and drive

    root cause analysis (RCA)

    and permanent resolutions.
  • Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and database teams to resolve complex application issues.
  • Monitor

    system performance, availability, and logs

    using relevant monitoring tools.
  • Deploy application updates, configuration changes, and releases in coordination with DevOps and engineering teams.
  • Create and maintain

    knowledge base articles, SOPs, and documentation

    for supported applications.
  • Ensure

    SLAs and KPIs

    are met through proactive issue resolution and stakeholder communication.
  • Support

    24x7 operations

    through rotational shifts or on-call duty as needed.
