Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in automation and SPM solutions.
• Understand customer requirements, technical specifications, and application needs.
• Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and cost sheets.
• Collaborate with design, production, and service teams for accurate project execution.
• Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with purchase, project, and maintenance departments of clients.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and issue resolution professionally.
• Visit customer sites for discussions, project reviews, and technical consultations.
• Participate in industrial exhibitions, seminars, and promotional events.
• Support management in market analysis, competitor tracking, and new product development.
• Prepare sales reports, marketing materials, and case studies to support business growth.

Requirements

• B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
• Knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD / SolidWorks)
• Strong understanding of industrial automation concepts and mechanical systems
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Energetic, trustworthy, and open to frequent travel for client visits
• Passion for technical sales and industrial innovation
