Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Techno Commercial Engineer, located in Noida, with some work from home flexibility. The Techno Commercial Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to the sales team, engaging in sales engineering, and training clients on product usage. Additionally, the role involves negotiation with clients, effective communication to understand customer needs, and finding optimal solutions to meet those needs. Qualifications Sales Engineering and Sales skills Effective Communication and Negotiation Skills Experience in providing training to clients Ability to understand customer requirements and offer tailored solutions Strong technical background and problem-solving skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Previous experience in the IT industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field
