1. Role Overview

Techno-Commercial Engineers for multiple locations in Himachal Pradesh, including Shimla, Kangra, Hamirpur, Solan, Rampur Bushahr, Chamba, and Mandi.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across Government, Institutional, PSU, Corporate, and SME sectors through daily field visits, client meetings, presentations, and product demos.
• Maintain and update the sales funnel, enquiry tracker, CRM reports, and daily visit summaries to ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility.
• Prepare technical BOQs, solution designs, and compliance sheets.
• Conduct site surveys, requirement assessments, and solution evaluations.
• Participate in technical presentations and client discussions.
• Install and configure CCTV, Fire Alarm, EPABX/IP-PBX, Access Control, PA Systems, Networking (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi), and IT hardware/software.
• Perform testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance for all systems.
• Ensure timely, high-quality project execution and adherence to technical standards.
• Coordinate with OEMs for advanced technical assistance, warranty claims, and support.

3. Required Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma/Degree in Electronics & Communication, Electrical, Instrumentation, IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
• 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Technical Support, Service, Project Execution, or Pre-Sales.
• Freshers will be given on-site training at our Shimla office.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication & Interpersonal skill.
• The candidate must be willing to travel extensively within the HP.
• A two-wheeler is desirable for this role.
