Technical Training Engineer

Role Overview: As a Technical Sales Support specialist, your role will involve providing timely and accurate technical support to the sales team in Malaysia. This includes addressing product-related inquiries and resolving technical issues promptly. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive regional product training materials, such as manuals, guides, and presentation slides, to ensure consistency and accuracy of product knowledge. Organizing and delivering training sessions for customers, installers, and sales guides will also be part of your responsibilities. These sessions will cover product features, benefits, and applications to enhance product understanding and adoption. Key Responsibilities: - Provide timely and accurate technical support to the sales team in Malaysia - Develop and maintain regional product training materials - Organize and deliver training sessions for customers, installers, and sales guides - Conduct product demonstrations and trials to showcase product capabilities - Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise and develop sales strategies - Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation, including product datasheets, technical notes, and FAQs - Build strong relationships with customers, installers, and sales guides - Gather and analyze market feedback, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform product development and sales strategies Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or above with more than 3 years of work experience - Majors related to thermal energy, refrigeration, and air conditioning are preferred - Experience in designing refrigeration systems for household and light commercial products - Familiarity with product testing, processes, and documentation - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Ability to handle high work pressure and demonstrate strong execution ability - Good foundation in English, including strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills,
