Job Description

Responsibilities - Responsible for the planning of the construction of Grade 5 stores in RAC branches nationwide Responsible for the follow-up and promotion of the whole process of RAC store construction, including measurement, decoration, sample delivery, and opening Responsible for the standardization of promotional materials for RAC stores across the country, and assist in carrying out promotional activities Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Public Relations, HVAC, or related fields, with more than three years of work experience; Possess excellent project management and communication skills, capable of cross-departmental collaboration and advancing project or work progress; Demonstrate integrated marketing capabilities, innovation skills, and resilience under pressure; Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Ability to travel within Indonisia to meet customers or Midea Indonisia's branch offices on a quarterly basis. During peak training season, travels can get up to once a month. Show more Show less
