Role Overview

Technical Trainer

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions for new and existing partners on

  RO product installation, repair, servicing, and troubleshooting

  .
• Build

  training content, SOPs, and practical demos

  for various water purifier brands/models.
• Assess trainees’ performance through tests, evaluations, and practical assessments.
  
• Certify partners on technical competency and ensure compliance with UC quality standards.
  
• Provide

  refresher sessions

  and

  new product training

  when OEMs launch updated models.
• Capture feedback from the field to continuously update training material.
  
• Collaborate with category teams to track

  partner performance, service quality, and complaint trends

  , addressing gaps through targeted training.
• Maintain training MIS (attendance, scores, certification records).
  

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma/ITI in

  Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical

  engineering (preferred).
• 3–6 years of experience in

  technical training

  or

  service operations

  in the water purifier / consumer appliances industry.
• Hands-on knowledge of

  RO systems, water purifier installation, maintenance & repair

  .
• Strong communication and presentation skills (Hindi & English; local language preferred).
  
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse learner groups.
  
• Comfortable with both

  classroom and on-the-job training

  formats.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Suite for reporting and content creation.
