Campus Recruitment Training (CRT) Trainer

Location: Narasaraopet, AP

Program Details:

• Training Program: Campus Recruitment Training (CRT)
• Batch: Graduation Year 2027 & 2028
• Duration: 8th September 2025 – 25th October 2025
• Workload: 30–36 hours per week per trainer

Training Areas (Looking for multiple trainers):

• Technical: Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) using Java
• Aptitude: Quantitative Aptitude & Logical Reasoning
• Communication: Verbal Ability & Soft Skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and structured training sessions in your specialized area.
• Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Work closely with the training coordination team to ensure smooth delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in training/teaching in the relevant subject area.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage with undergraduate students effectively.
• Prior CRT/placement training experience will be an added advantage.

Employment Type: Contract

Compensation: Competitive and based on expertise.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
