Our practical curriculum, expert mentorship, and strong industry alignment empower learners to succeed in the modern tech ecosystem.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a MERN Stack Technical Trainer with 0 to 2 years of experience who is passionate about teaching, mentoring, and building strong technical foundations in students.In this full-time, on-site role, you will deliver hands-on training in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, help learners understand real-world development practices, and guide them toward industry readiness. You will work closely with the curriculum and academic teams to ensure content aligns with current industry standards.Key Responsibilities• Deliver hands-on training on MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)• Explain core concepts of JavaScript, REST APIs, backend architecture, and frontend frameworks• Prepare and update training materials, assignments, and mini-projects• Conduct live coding sessions, doubt-clearing sessions, and assessments• Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback• Mentor students for projects, interviews, and placement preparation• Collaborate with the curriculum team to keep content industry-relevant• Encourage best practices in coding standards, Git, and project structureQualifications & SkillsRequired Skills• Strong understanding of the MERN Stack• Good knowledge of:• JavaScript (ES6+)• React fundamentals (hooks, components, state management)• Node.js & Express.js• MongoDB (CRUD operations, schema design)• Familiarity with REST APIs, Git/GitHub, and basic system design• Good communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping learners growExperience• 0 to 2 years of experience in:• MERN Stack development or• Teaching / mentoring / training (internships or freelance teaching also acceptable)Preferred Qualifications• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field• Prior experience in EdTech, training, or mentoring• Exposure to real-world projects or startup/product development• Teaching certifications or technical certifications (nice to have, not mandatory)Why Join Edixo?• Work in a fast-growing EdTech startup• Opportunity to shape the careers of future engineers• Learn from experienced industry professionals• Strong growth opportunities in training, curriculum, and leadership roles• Collaborative and learning-focused work culture
