Job Summary

We are seeking a versatile and dynamic Technical Trainer capable of delivering training across multiple domains, including Cyber Security, SOC Operations, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Java Development. The trainer will conduct classroom sessions, practical labs, real-world projects, and mentor students for job readiness.

⭐ Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality training sessions across multiple domains:
• Cyber Security & Ethical Hacking
• SOC Operations & SIEM Tools
• AI & Machine Learning
• DATA Science with Gen AI
• Core Java / Advanced Java / Spring Boot
• MERNSTACK
• Conduct hands-on labs, live demonstrations, and real-time case studies.
• Guide students in practical project development and portfolio building.
• Assist learners with assignments, hackathons, and coding challenges.
• Prepare training materials: PPTs, notes, quizzes, and project tasks.
• Conduct mock interviews (technical and HR) for placement-readiness.
• Track student progress and maintain training reports.
• Stay updated with industry trends and integrate new tools/techniques.

⭐ Domain Responsibilities:

Security & SOC

• Teach topics: Network Security, Ethical Hacking, VA/PT, Linux Basics, Incident Response.
• Provide hands-on training on tools like Nmap, Burp Suite, Wireshark, Metasploit, Nessus, and SIEM (Splunk/QRadar).
• Explain SOC roles, alert analysis, ticket creation, threat intelligence, and log monitoring.

AI / ML

• Teach Python, Statistics, ML Algorithms, EDA, Feature Engineering, Deep Learning, and NLP basics.
• Guide students in tools/libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow/Keras, and Matplotlib.
• Support students in building and deploying end-to-end ML projects.

Java Development

• Teach Core Java, OOPS, Collections, JDBC, Servlets, JSP.
• Train students on Spring & Spring Boot for backend development.
• Guide in developing REST APIs, mini-projects, and full-stack applications.

⭐ Required Skills

• Strong knowledge in at least 2 major domains; ability to teach the basics of others.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Practical exposure to tools/IDEs: VS Code, Eclipse, Jupyter, SIEM dashboards, Postman, GitHub, MySQL.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and keep the class engaged.
• Knowledge of DSA (Basics) is a plus.

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or relevant field.
• Industry certifications: CEH / Security+ / SOC Analyst / Java / Python / ML (preferred but not mandatory).
• Prior training/teaching experience is an advantage.
