Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Technical Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions in the following areas:

• Computer Hardware (CompTIA A+)
• Computer Networking (CompTIA N+)
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Operating Systems (Windows 10/11, basic Linux)
• Ticketing Tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or equivalent)
• Office 365 Administration
• Cisco CCNA fundamentals

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging classroom and online training sessions to students.
• Prepare course materials, lesson plans, and practical lab activities.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and certifications.
• Assist students in preparing for international certification exams (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco).
• Maintain training labs and ensure all equipment is functional.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or related field (preferred).
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, N+, Microsoft Certified Trainer, or CCNA (preferred).
• Minimum 2–3 years of training or industry experience in the above-mentioned domains.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for beginners.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
