Our client, a reputed IT training organization, is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Trainer to deliver professional training across advanced networking, cloud, and system administration domains, along with essential IT skills.

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Trainer to deliver professional training in advanced networking, cloud, and system administration technologies, along with core IT fundamentals.

Core Topics (Must Have Expertise):

• CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate)
• MCSA (Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate)
• Red Hat Enterprise Linux Administration
• AWS (Amazon Web Services)
• Microsoft Azure

Additional Topics (Preferred):

• Computer Hardware (CompTIA A+)
• Computer Networking (CompTIA N+)
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Operating Systems (Windows 10/11, basic Linux)
• Ticketing Tools (ServiceNow, Jira, or equivalent)
• Office 365 Administration

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality classroom and virtual training sessions.
• Design and update training materials, lab exercises, and practice tests.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to students for certifications.
• Evaluate student performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Stay current with the latest technologies and industry trends.
• Assist in developing new training programs and curriculum updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).
• Professional certifications in CCNA, MCSA, Red Hat, AWS, and Azure are mandatory.
• Additional certifications like CompTIA A+, N+, or Microsoft Certified Trainer are an advantage.
• 3–4 years of experience in IT training or relevant industry roles.
• Strong presentation, communication, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners at different skill levels.
