Job Description

Technical Talent Acquisition/ IT recruiter

Talent Acquisition:

  • Source and screen candidates through various channels (Job Portals, Social Media, Vendors, Referrals, etc.).
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle for IT and Non-IT roles.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders.
  • Maintain candidate database and ensure timely updates in the ATS.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and/or Vendor Management.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with recruitment tools like Naukri, LinkedIn, and ATS platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple vendors and recruitment drives simultaneously.
  • Must be target-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
