Role & responsibilities :

  • End-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR databases.
  • Support onboarding and orientation of new hires.
  • Assist in employee engagement activities and events.
  • Coordinate with teams for training and development programs.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and documentation.
  • Handle basic HR queries and provide administrative support to the HR team.
  • Maintain documentation of solutions, workflows, and processes.
  • Co-ordinate with Payroll to process salaries & other dependant activities.
