Job Description

Looking for a Technical Support Executive to assist hospitals and clinics with our HIS/EMR/Lab/Billing software. The role includes resolving user issues, training staff, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Responsibilities: Provide technical support to hospital users (Doctors/Nurses/Admin). Troubleshoot HIS modules: OPD, IPD, Lab, Radiology, Pharmacy, Billing. Handle tickets via call, email, WhatsApp & remote tools. Conduct user training and support new implementations. Perform basic system configuration, user setup, and updates. Document issues and coordinate with internal teams for fixes. Requirements: 1–3 years technical support experience (healthcare preferred) Strong communication skills and ability to multitask. Familiarity with HIS/EMR preferred. Qualification: Graduate in IT/Computer Science/Healthcare. Freshers with good technical skills may apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹165,922.36 - ₹642,139.20 per year
