Technical Support Representative

Role: Technical Support Associate (Voice + Chat + Email) Process – International Technical Support Shift: Rotational US Shifts (5 Days Working) Key Responsibilities: Deliver technical support to customers via calls, chats, and emails. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to domains, hosting, email configurations, and websites. Ensure a smooth and helpful customer experience by providing step-by-step solutions. Cross-sell or upsell products/services only when customers show interest in upgrading or exploring new solutions — no hard selling. Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and meet performance KPIs (CSAT, FCR, SLA compliance). Eligibility Criteria: Education: HSC / Graduate / Undergraduate Experience: - Freshers with excellent English communication skills are welcome. - Candidates with 1–3 years of technical support experience are preferred. Excellent spoken & written English and active listening skills. Basic knowledge of internet concepts (domains, hosting, email setup). Comfortable working in rotational US night shifts.
