• Provide L2/L3 support for iWorks-DMS application.
• Techno-functional knowledge of the iWorks-DMS application.• Fix the incidents within SLA.• Readiness to work in regular or afternoon shift.• Interact with users to understand the issues and resolve them.• Fix the code to resolve issues permanently.• Maintain Known error database(KEDB) for the issues raised in the application• Raise tickets with OEM, coordinate with them and test the application fixes provided.
