Job Description

Job Title: Technical Support Executive

Role & responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls and tickets to assist international customers with technical issues.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, or network-related concerns with accuracy and professionalism.
Document all interactions and update issue details in CRM or ticketing systems.
Meet daily and monthly targets related to resolution rate, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Escalate unresolved or complex technical problems to higher support tiers when necessary.
Follow standard operating procedures, security policies, and communication protocols at all times.

Required Skills:

Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support (preferably US/UK clients).
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently and professionally.
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused and solution-oriented approach.
Good understanding of computer systems, software, and basic networking concepts.
Willingness to work in US /UK shift.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 1 year of experience in Technical support is mandatory!
